Summary: Kris was accepted to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, and as soon as he got there he realized that all his expectations for what college would be like have gone right out the door the minute he stepped into the lobby. This is a story of the many and varied ways Kris embarrasses himself, and how those little embarrassments lead him to Adam.


A/N: Okay so, this is finally finished. This started out as one of those "the Five times Kris..." sort of things and kind of became something so much more than all of that. And you know I'm really pleased with how this turned out.

I just want to thank chosenfire28 for being an amazing artist, and constantly asking me how the fic was going, silverius408 for reading it as it was written, even though she doesn't even read kradam, and sparkysparky for letting me complain at her along the way.

This is my second year participating in the rpf_big_bang challenge and I have to say I think it went much better this time, or I had more fun with it in any case. But last year was my first ever big bang, this year I've got a few more tucked under my belt so I think that helped out quite a bit.

This time I claimed a fic by cydsa, called Evil Tastes Kind of Chalky. It's another Kradam story, and this one is a fun sort of fusion with Buffy, so it's got that amusing campy sort of feel to the story, and overall it's just a really fun read. Summary: Kris has been trained as a companion, but he has gone years without an assignment being made. When it seems like one will never come, he is finally given an assignment. His joy at this is brief though when he learns that Adam doesn't want him. Adam has lived on his own for years now, and he doesn't like the idea of being forced to open his life and his home to a stranger thrust upon him. The two must learn to live together and figure out how to make this assignment work for the both of them.

A/N: So this is my very first, really and truly completed work in the AI fandom. I still can't believe I signed up to write this in the first place, but I was drawn into this fandom without much explanation and couldn't really help myself. And so here we are.

I had these really big wide scoping ideas about what this fic would be and how it would look when it was finished, and as happens with everything I write, it ended up a bit more tightly wound than I had anticipated. I would have loved to spend more time expanding this world in which Kris and Adam find themselves, but at the end of the day it's their relationship that makes the story.

I need to thank forever and ever bbluejenn117 for all her help and support in the completion of this fic. She pushed me to finish and then after it took me way to long to complete took on the task of beta for me as well. She really has been awesome through all of this.

And also big thanks to chosenfire28 for letting me complain at her for weeks about this fic. Seriously you guys, she's awesome and her help and willingness to just be a soundboard for me when I needed it was so so needed.

Well the time has come people, posting at kradambigbang has started and the first fic that I've claimed for art is ready to be posted. I got the pleasure of making art for jeyhawk and it really was so much fun. Her fic is called Always the Best Friend and I loved it. I only got to read a draft version of the fic so I'm excited to read the whole completed thing now that it's time for posting.

Man I am such a good procrastinator. Been looking for pictures for idol20in20 and editing a few drabbles I've posted over the last few weeks to put here since I wanted them collected in one spot. Soooooo yeah, now I'm gonna go work on that kradambigbang (which I may have started over today) D: D: D:
