Finally got tired of the spacing issues I was having with my last layout, so behold (acquiescence_acquiescence_acquiescence_) new layout, complete with kradam header - because, while I still haven't completed a single fic I'm so far gone for these two it's ridic.

I need some Adam Lambert on my ipod, instead of just on my laptop, going to have to fix that soon.

aaaaaaaaand it's late, so I think that means it's time to go to bed. My sister seems to think it's amazing that I can stay up to 3-4 and I don't sleep in until 4 every day, what can I say though? I'm amazing. :P

I took a little break from writing this evening to play around in photoshop. I decided I needed a new header for the ol' lj. And I decided Karl Urban the object of my ever increasing desire was a lovely subject for the new header, also new icons for the side bad as well. In other news the big bang has reached big bang proportions. Now the only question will be can I actually finish it before the deadline, which is looming.

I'm at 17,500 right now, I think I'll try to add another 1-2k before I head off to sleep tonight and then more writing tomorrow. I finally figured out how I sort of want the rest of the fic to go. I had it all planned out until about the middle of the story and then there was supposed to be an ending but nothing to get from the middle to the end. But I think I've managed to plot out how I want that to go so it should make the writing of it much easier.

It keeps getting longer which is a little mind boggling. I was worried I wouldn't be able to make it to 15k for a long time, and then I was like okay 15k is reachable but it'll probably end at like 17k, and then was like no maybe it'll reach 20k, and now I'm thinking it'll be closer to 25k. It just keeps growing!

But it's fun in any case and I'm really glad I'll have a month in which to edit this too, because I'm kind of feeling like a lot of it is crap, but mostly this has been about getting the whole thing down and then I'll go back later and iron out the details and such.

After what seems like years of the same layout here on my lj I finally took the plunge and changed it up - as much as I loved my Brian/Justin header and things I was tired of it, I changed my layout this week to something a bit simpler, even reverted back to a free account if you can believe that because I was tired of the ads and things. The newness is pretty and I loves it.

In other news it's been a long week - or at least it seems like it has. And I can't really remember doing all that much. There was all the usual driving people around and picking people up and dishes and all that but nothing extraordinary - who knows.

In other news, god a quarter of a century passes by faster than one might imagine. It seems like just a few days ago that length of time seemed almost impossible to ever reach, and now here I am and well it's just weird. But I suppose I'll go on.

um.... yes, I think that might be all.

So I've been working on a new layout, if you haven't seen it already. I've gone through a few header options already and I have finally created one with which I am totally and completely in love.

So I'm a bit wibbly on the colors now, It's a layout made by premade_ljs but I've tweaked the colors a bit already and I could do more I'm just not sure. So what do you think?

In other news:

OMG the crickets! for the past 3 nights there has been a cricket in my bedroom which I have had to hunt down and kill with my ninja skills.

And also tonight, there was a huge (like the size of a tea cup) spider sitting right outside my front door making me have to go in through the garage, lest I be bitten and dragged off to it's spidery lair to be consumed at a later date Shelob style.

Well it's been a while hasn't it f-list. Just stopping by to let you all know i've not died ... i am currently working on several fics to make up for the serious lack of them over the past few months. So hopefully we'll see an increase in fics from me over the upcoming weeks.

And also, yay for new layout (acquiescence_) I decided i needed a change so i made myself a narnia header and changed the colors and the layout just a bit. I'm pretty happy with how it came out so yay for that.

Well tonight has been a headache, I made a new banner for my lj and I'm really happy with the way it turned out and I've been trying to edit my layout to go with it but no such luck. Just a rather disheartening feeling. So I've got the new Hermione/Charlie/Bill/Twins banner up so come check it out if you want and let me know what you think of it and maybe I'll have a new layout to go with it soon.
