Summary: The world ended with fire. Jeff was living his perfect life, when it was all taken from him. His wife, his friends, his job, his home, his life ... are all gone now. All that is left is burning. He's on a journey now, just him and the road trying to make his way in a world that he no longer know as he tries to cope and maybe put his life back together again.
Author's notes: This was written for rpf_big_bang and I am not sure what I can say about this fic now that it is finally time to post it. It's been a long time coming, that's for sure. There's been a lot of angst and lost sleep over this, but you know now that it's come down to it I'm excited to finally post this.

( Long Road Home: Pt 1 )

So I'm gonna try my darndest to write up all the remaining drabbles tomorrow - since I have the day off. I believe the count is somewhere around 16 - well 15 since I plan on writing one tonight, lol. So we'll see how that goes.

For now though I have a J2 drabble - because sometimes it is just entirely too easy to imagine Jared and Jensen doing my job. And thus we have, Jared and Jensen as two fellas employed in the Men's department of a very popular retail store.
