acquiescenceSo today was the biggest sale of the season at the JCP, and they had me come in early. So all in all I was up there for 9 hours today, and good gravy I would just like to say that retail is not for me.
So hopefully there will be word on the new job very soon.
And now to the drabble for today.
Considering recent events in rpg land I have decided that I need to write some happy Colin and thus we have a happy Colin drabble for you all tonight.
"Dennis you're gonna love it, I promise!" Colin could barely contain his excitement after he came home for summer hols to find out that his brother had gotten his very own Hogwarts acceptance letter.
"It's amazing, there's a giant squid in the lake, and ..." Colin talked at a hundred miles an hour telling Dennis every little thing he could think of about Hogwarts, he just knew his younger brother would love it just as much as he did.
Colin couldn't wait for Dennis to go to school with him. For the last 2 years Colin had been taking pictures and sending letters home to Dennis as often as he could, to make sure that his brother wouldn't miss out on any of the new adventures he was having.
Before Hogwarts he and Dennis were rarely separated, they spent all their time together. Colin never minded his younger brother tagging along after him, he loved it - he got to spend time with his best friend and make sure his brother didn't get up to anything he shouldn't.
"Just wait Dennis, it's gonna be amazing." Colin grinned broadly at his brother and they both started counting down the days until they would both be on the Hogwarts Express on their way to their next big adventure together.
so maybe it's a little lame, but I needed some happy Colin/Dennis tonight.
