What is on your night stand?
1. The Time Traveler's Wife - Audrey Niffenegger
2. Eldest - Christopher Paolini
3. Smoke and Mirrors - Neil Gaiman
4. The Audacity of Hope - Barack Obama
5. Ananis Boys - Neil Gaiman
6. Grotesque - Natsuo Kirkino
7. Neverwhere - Neil Gaiman
8. The Crying of Lot 49 - Thomas Pynchon
9. Brokeback Mountain - Annie Proulx
10. Their Eyes Were Watching God - Zora Neale Hurston
11. Catch 22 - Joseph Heller
12. A Ship Made of Paper - Scott Spenser
So yes, a bit of a Neil Gaiman kick these days, but I've actually finished Neverwhere already. Every book has been started. I go through phases in books where I just want to read one all the way through, and sometimes I just like switching between several books each night.
Also I got a library card today :D
I was out and I just decided I needed to get one, so I stopped by the library on the way home and got on - apparently I had one when I was in high school and so they just made it an adult card instead of a juvenile card (but I had a fine from my old card too, lol so I paid that too). And of course when I got my new card I had to get new books.
So I picked out three new ones:
1. Microfictions - Ana Maria Shua
2. Death Note: Another note the Los Angeles BB Murder Cases - Nisioisin
3. Pygmy - Chuck Palahniuk
So yay for new books, I've got them for three weeks :)
