People have I told you of my love for sushi?

Because Oh. My. God. I love it.

I went on a date ... well maybe not a date, maybe just an outting ... anyway, I went out tonight and we decided we wanted sushi, and we decided on one place, but when we got there we realized they had valet parking, and that was a bit scary and so we chose another place near by.

OM NOM NOM NOM.

God. It was this little place, looked a tiny bit iffy in not the nicest neighborhood.

We had endamame, which I'd never had before, but nom. And then we ordered so many different kinds of rolls. It's so nice to go out with someone who loves sushi the way I do. My favorite of the evening was the baby dragon roll, so cute :D

And I was surprised to find out that despite it's kind of creepy name, salmon skin rolls = love.

It was a good night, so much sushi, followed by chai tea, and a good hug (ha I am lame).

Ooooooooo Sushi, oooooooooooo edamame!!! They sell bags of that frozen at the Asian Food Store near my house! SNACKTIME! We used to eat them all the time till we found out they're super high in estrogen and Ray didn't want so much anymore, lols!

The baby dragon roll sounds really good.... my favourite is 'Yellow Jade' at our local place; it's california roll with salmon & mango on top with mango mustard drizzled on it.

I need to go to an Asian food tore and get some endamame ... I'd never had it before last night, but it's so yummy.

Oh that Yellow Jade roll sounds good, mmm mango.
