interest memes

So julibeth, was doing that interests meme and I thought I'd play some, just cause I like that kind of thing and I haven't had anything very interesting to post recently. Soooo here goes.

And of course if you want to play too, just let me know and I'll pick out some of your interests to explain, and you just post your answers in your journal to keep it going, or you can just reply to me, lol. I'm not a stickler for the rules of memes really, heh.

But julibeth wanted to know about:

1. cello - The cello is my first real love. I've played for about 8 years now, I started when I was a freshman in high school, when I realized that band people were nazis. I've always loved playing music, but I've never loved it as much as when I'm playing my cello.

2. collars - nice fashion accessory, no? Ha, I'm not gonna get all into this one, but suffice it to say that they're fun if it's the right one.

3. dashboard confessional - My favorite band. I've been listening to them since they were a small band that played in bars in Austin, and now they're all big and fun and I still love them. I can always listen to something by them and they never fail to make me smile.

4. geeky guys - I have a thing for geeks, seeing as I'm kind of a geek, as well. They're just fun, and it's nice to have someone you can relate to about the things you love. Not just computer geeky guys, but like music geeks, and art geeks, and book geeks. I love people who are passionate about the things they love.

5. japan - So for a while there I had plans to move to Japan and teach with a program called JET. I sent in my application and everything, and unfortunately I wasn't accepted into the program, but I would still love to move to Japan one day.

6. obedience - Another one of those things that I won't get all into, but well I think this is one of those things that is fun when done right, lol.

7. cheese - And this is one of those things that is self explanitory. Who doesn't love cheese? It's definitely one of my favorite things, especially the cheese wrapped in wax, the red wax ... yep. Wax cheese, it's amazing.
