movie night

So I finally managed to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tonight, and it was alot of fun. I went with my roommate and my other friend's fiance, where I chickened out in stealing him away thought we did have fun joking around in the movie theater.

The movie was alot of fun though, and I really liked how it tied in with the other 3 movies, not just completely starting over or anything like that. And Jess, I know I said it was all about Raphael/Leonardo ... during the movie I couldn't help thinking about Michelangelo/Donatello. They sure did jump on one another an awful lot didn't they?

Tres fun though... you know I'm not very good with the adjectives, seems like fun is about all I can come up with.

Tonight Keith and I annoyed my roommate and Tif, by applying literary theory to that Peter Pan movie that came out a few years ago, it was entertaining to say the least. But I am a nerd and so I typically enjoy that sort of thing, and it's always fun to annoy friends.

In other news, I don't have work tomorrow! Hooray!

And I'm going shopping tomorrow for new Easter clothes, because it's about time I did something nice for myself like that.

And I've got fun stuff planned for beyonddark_rpg this weekend, as well as some updates for j2_notes. So it looks like it's going to be a wonderful 3 day weekend, I should totally call in sick on monday too, and make it an even 4 days off.

At least I get to sleep in tomorrow though :D

Yay for your weekend plans. Dennis has plans too, but none involving coming home to big brother.

And is ashamed not to know there were 3 old TMNT movies.
